Website enquiries

Details you submit through our enquiry form are handled through Zoho CRM to respond to your request and discuss relevant services. Please avoid including pupil information, medical details or confidential information about other people. For organisational enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in handling business communications. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Optional visitor tracking

If you accept optional tracking, Leadfeeder processes technical visitor information including IP addresses, pages visited and visit times to help identify organisations visiting our website. We use this information to understand interest in our services and assess relevant business follow-up. An identified organisation does not establish who the individual visitor is.

Leadfeeder loads only after you accept optional tracking. Its first-party cookies and browser storage can recognise repeat visits: the _lfa cookie lasts up to one year, and _lfa_expiry browser storage can last up to two years. We store your accept or reject preference in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time. Rejecting this tracking does not prevent you using the website.

Leadfeeder processes visitor data on our behalf. See its tracking and data processing information. Hosting and communication providers also process technical information needed to operate the website and handle enquiries. Provider processing may take place outside the UK; contact us for details of applicable arrangements.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information for handling your request and necessary follow-up, reviewing retention against active discussions and any contractual or legal requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information and object to relevant business marketing. Contact us to request a review or deletion of visitor information held about you. You may also complain to the ICO.
